Granite Slab kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with kitchen table that seats 8. LCD Flat Panel TV with DVD and STEREO. Patio furnature includes table and 6 chairs with two chases. Upstairs the guest bedroom features walk in closet with door to the bathroom and beautiful views of the river. The bunk room upstairs has a twin, full, and queen bed to sleep 5 kids. The loft also has a TV and DVD player for the kids. The home is in Crescent Bar''s newest most luxurious community, Crescent Bay Resort. The community features a pool, hot tub, cabana area, tennis court and Gym. (additional fees for Gym) The community is on the river next to Thousand Trails, and Across the Street from Sunserra Resort. This is not a CONDO. You will not be woken up in the middle of the night with loud neighbors banging on your walls. This is truly the nicest vacation rental in Crescent Bar.

HOA Rules Limit Occupancy to 8 people. (including children) Base Rental of 6 people included in price. $25 / night over 6 people.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum Stay of 4 nights.
HOLIDAY WEEKS: Minimum 7 Night Rental. Memorial Day Week $3000, Labor Day Week $3400 Contact Owner for manual booking.
Damage Deposit: $1000 Refundable Damage Deposit and Damage Waiver Insurance Coverage of $1500 for $49. non-refundable fee. Cleaning Fee of $150.
HOLIDAY WEEK DAMAGE DEPOSIT $1500 PLUS $3000 DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE FOR $75.00 (Damage waiver insurance is a non refundable fee.)
Parking - Guests should use driveway and park in designated parking areas. Home has parking for 3 vehicles. Parking on the road is not allowed.
Pets - NO PETS.
POOL - The pool is open now April 5th to Oct 1st. Please respect other owners and follow all posted rules at the pool. The pool closes at 10PM everyday. Please NO Glass at the pool.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOME.
SHOES: Please remove your shoes to keep the home looking new.
